Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the software, subject to the exclusions below.
How to request
Email support@kingmakeranalytics.com with:
- Your order ID or purchase email
- The license key (if activated)
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within our support SLA (target: 1 business day).
Eligibility
Refunds are available for valid purchases where the request is within the 14-day window and you provide proof of payment.
Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
- Requests outside the 14-day window (except where required by law)
- Abuse, chargeback fraud, or violation of Terms of Use
- OpenAI API usage charges (billed separately by OpenAI)
Device activations
If you received a refund, your license will be deactivated. Please uninstall the software and use Delete local data in Settings.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in license revocation.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
