These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Inbox Maid, including the website at https://inboxmaid.com, the desktop application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Parties and operator
The Service is operated by Kingmaker Analytics LLC, Austin, Texas (“Company,” “Operator,” “Licensor”). Contact: support@kingmakeranalytics.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you connect a business Google Workspace account, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
3. Service description
Inbox Maid connects to Gmail to read message content and metadata, apply labels, and move messages to Trash based on your instructions. The desktop edition runs on your device and sends model requests to OpenAI using your own API key.
4. License and access rights
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service within the purchased license scope (see License scope).
5. Bring-your-own API key
You are solely responsible for obtaining, safeguarding, and paying all fees charged by OpenAI or other third-party API providers.
6. Google account connection
By connecting Google, you authorize the Service to access only the Gmail scopes you approve through Google’s consent flow.
7. Automation risk
AI-generated classifications may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for consequences of automated actions on your mailbox.
8. Deletion and irreversible actions
Some mailbox actions may be irreversible. The Company does not guarantee recovery of deleted, moved, or mislabeled messages.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to violate law, Google API terms, or third-party rights; not to circumvent security; and not to reverse engineer or resell the Service except where prohibited by law.
10. Google API Services disclosure
The Service’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
11. Privacy
Use of the Service is governed by the Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
12. Fees and payment
Fees and refund rules are stated at purchase. See Refund Policy. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy.
13. Suspension and termination
The Company may suspend access for abuse, legal compliance, or security. You may stop using the Service and disconnect Google access at any time.
14. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
16. Indemnity
You will indemnify the Company against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Texas law. Exclusive venue: state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas.
18. Changes
Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
